Several other projects, including an e-commerce build, aren't shown here for lack of a current public link. Scope, stack and screenshots for any of them are available on request.
This is the process I follow on most builds, regardless of the industry: get the goals straight, design something that can grow, ship a real working version early, then keep improving it after launch. It isn't tied to one delivered project, it's how I think through a build, based on work like the projects above.
Get clear on who it's for and what success looks like, then take stock of what's already running so nothing gets duplicated. Decide early who can access what and how data moves between different types of users.
Sketch it so the part that runs the work is separate from the part that manages it, built from pieces that can be swapped out without a rebuild. Access control, logging and monitoring go in from day one, not bolted on later.
Ship the smallest version that lets someone complete a real task end to end, then try it on a couple of actual cases to stress-test it. Refine it based on how real people use it, not on guesswork.
Automate the repetitive parts of shipping and setting up new environments, write down how everything works so others can pick it up, and keep watching how the system holds up as usage grows.
